Now this is the good stuff. Creating residual income streams is what I am all about. One of the best ways to do this is to get others excited and involved in your endeavor. In the world of GPT this is called referrals. In this sixth and final installment in Puzzle Pieces the topic will be referral pecentages.

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) has been around for years. No matter what the product is in MLM, without recruits you are not going to make much money neither are you going to create a residual income. Certainly you can sell the product(s) over and over again to faithful customers but that is not the definition of residual income.

Residual income occurs when you do not actively participate in its generation, but you are paid a portion of what is earned or a percentage on what is earned. The key to this type of income is getting other people involved in such a way that they not only want to earn the income, but they also can see the big picture of what getting others involved will do.

How this relates to GPT sites is incredible. First, there are no products to sell, no complicated forms to fill out, and no inventories to maintain. There is no money needed to get started. Those two points alone are great selling features.

You can make a nice monthly income of $200-$300 by completing offers and never refer anyone. But if you get into the referral business that amount can easily double or triple. The reason for this is the referral commisions you make on the offers your referrals complete.

There are GPT sites that pay up to a 30% commission on the earnings of first level referrals and up to 20% referrals on second level referrals. It does not take many first and second level referrals earning $200-$300 per month to create a substantial residual income. If you have 5 first level referrals earning $300 per month and they each have 5 first level referrals earning $300 per month, your income from referrals would be $1950 per month.

Not all sites pay 30% commissions, but many of them pay 20%. You do the math. The best part about it is that it does not cost any money to get started. There are no sign up fees of any kind. You give the site accurate information about yourself and then you get started making money and bringing in referrals. How can you go wrong?
